General Repair Policy
All devices are repaired by trained Tech Boys LLC technicians using quality parts.
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any data or personal information before submitting a device for repair.
Tech Boys LLC, its owners, and employees are not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data during or after the repair process under any circumstances.
Warranty Policy
Tech Boys LLC offers a 90-day limited warranty on repairs, beginning from the date printed on your original receipt.
Warranty coverage includes:
If a problem occurs due to the original repair performed by Tech Boys LLC, we will offer one of the following, at our sole discretion
Repair of the same issue at no cost
Replacement of the device
Store credit equal to the value of the original repair
Important: You must present the original receipt to receive warranty service.
Warranty is void or not applicable if:
The device is damaged after our repair (e.g., drops, electrical damage, water damage)
The device has been opened or tampered with by anyone other than our technicians
The device has new internal or external damage post-repair (e.g., liquid exposure, cracked housing)
The device is severely damaged before or after repair (bent frame, missing components, etc.)
The device was exposed to water or moisture at any point
Device Pickup Policy
Once you are notified that your device is ready for pickup, you have 90 days to collect it. After 90 days, Tech Boys LLC is not responsible for your device, and it may be discarded or repurposed. No compensation will be offered for unclaimed devices.
Ownership Verification
We do not require proof of ownership or verification that the customer is the legal owner of the device submitted for service or buyback. The customer assumes full responsibility for submitting a legitimate device.
Warranty Service Process
If something goes wrong with your device as a direct result of our repair, and it qualifies under the 90-day warranty, Tech Boys LLC will, at its sole discretion:
Re-perform the original repair
Replace the device
Issue store credit for the original repair amount
Warranty claims must be related to the original repair issue. Unrelated problems or new damage will not be covered.

Great experience. My cell phone screen cracked a few months back and decided it was time to fix it. Found this place on Google. They had good reviews so I thought I would come here.
